accounts and are subject to non-resident
To receive resident rates when using a new online account, you must first provide proof of District residency at one of our photo ID locations
Once your residency has been verified, staff will change the status of your new online account from non-resident
Any online purchases made with this new account before
you have provided proof of residency will be subject to non-resident
rates. You will not receive a refund for the difference.
