Take advantage of the great trails in Castle Rock, Douglas County, and surrounding mountain areas! Hike in a group and get out in nature.
Most of these hikes are designated as easy, and are 2.5-4 miles long with not much elevation gain. Moderate hikes may have some steep hills and will be 3.5-8 miles long.
We want you to register so we have your waiver and contact info for trail changes and weather updates.
In the event of appropriate snow, we may try to snowshoe! It will be a decision made 24 hours in advance of the hike. Please keep Marne's number handy, 970.281.7884 for questions.
To any hikes outside immediate area, we'll try to carpool from the MAC, as noted.
Please come prepared with layers, 1L of water or more, and have foot traction (yax trax) available for icy areas.
