Enjoy the beautiful Colorado wilderness from the back of a dog sled! Each participant will mush and ride through a six-mile loop.
Price includes transportation, coveralls and boots, 90 min mushing/sledding and a friendly guide. J
Bring a sack lunch.
Bring your own hat or helmet (never a bad idea, but not required), gloves, balaclava (neck warmer) and goggles or sunglasses.
Gratuity for the guide is always appreciated.
Reservation is for 12p.m. and will last an hour and a half. Meet in the MAC parking lot at 9:00 am.
Waiver of Liability: All exercise and participation done is at the risk of the user or parent of the user. The Town of Castle Rock is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of property. By registering, you assume full responsibility for yourself and/or your children for any injuries, damages or losses which may occur and do hereby fully and forever release and discharge (1) the Town of Castle Rock and its employees; and (2) the volunteer coaches and assistants from any claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of your use of facilities and equipment. By registering, the participant’s parent agrees to follow and abide by all set rules of the Town of Castle Rock Parks and Recreation Department. By registering, I indicate that I have read the above and fully understand and agree with the terms and conditions. Photo Release: I hereby grant the Town of Castle Rock and the Parks and Recreation Department the right and license to use my and my child’s image or likeness in Castle Rock materials for internal and external audiences. These materials may include, but are not limited to, monthly reports, advertisements, brochures, the recreation guide, electronic newsletters, videos and the Town website. If you would like to be exempt from this authorization, please notify your program supervisor and/or our contracted photographer/videographer.
